Tinker HR was started by Brian Kinzie, a certified HR professional with 20 years of experience in the field, who finds it incredibly difficult to write marketing pieces about himself. Brian's background stretches from "mom and pop shops" to major multi-national organizations, giving him a unique viewpoint on HR and its power to move an organization. Brian is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, holds degrees from The College of William & Mary and University of Richmond, and knows what he is talking about. Professionally, nothing gives him more satisfaction than seeing an organization meet its goals through aligning the needs of the company with the needs of its people.
